It’s a perfect fit,” said Shad Balch, The General’s environment and energy communications specialist, and one of the company’s openly gay spokespeople. “The LGBT community are also early adopters of new technology,” he went on. “So in addition to showing support for our people, events like this are just being smart about where to put our resources”
